1. 100% Free Software
MS Technet Secure is provided 100% free of charge by Web Centrix Technologies. As there is no mandatory fee required to download or use the software, traditional software purchase refund policies do not apply.
2. Voluntary Donations
Users may choose to make voluntary donations to support ongoing filter list updates and server infrastructure. Because these are voluntary gifts, donations are generally non-refundable.
3. Exceptions & Billing Assistance
In the event of an accidental duplicate donation or billing error, please contact our support team at support@mstechnetsecure.com within 14 days of transaction. We will review and process a full refund promptly.
